I’ve been working with Ashdown Technologies Inc. (and the company which evolved to become Ashdown) since 1995, which means more than 28 years. I think that says it all. Due to my profession, I’ve come to know some of the most customer-support oriented companies (and some which left a lot to be desired, in this field).
